My fitness and nutrition journey began as a teenager - I originally was overweight, practically lived on fast food, and didn’t feel great all around. When I got to college I discovered what a dietitian was. I instantly knew that’s what I wanted to be and never looked back.

In the early years of my journey, I made every mistake imaginable —excessive cardio, restrictive diets, cutting out carbs entirely. Even when I started competing in physique shows, I struggled with a poor relationship with food; under eating, then overeating, and repeating the cycle.
